New York, NY-based bank BHI has closed the refinancing of a $30-million loan for a senior living facility with 199 beds in Davie, FL. The borrower is Royal Senior Care, which owns and operates senior living facilities in the Southeastern US with a primary focus in South FL.
The refinanced facility, which opened in 2017, is spread over a three-building campus and includes independent and assisted living, as well as memory care.
“Healthcare is a key sector for BHI, and we are here to support the growth of our clients and the industry in general,” said Steven Caligor, EVP and head of real estate and healthcare at BHI.
