According to People, Johnny Depp added some new paintings to his “Friends & Heroes” collection and they already sold out. The latest paintings added to the collection are portraits of Bob Marley, River Phoenix, Hunter S. Thompson, and Heath Ledger. As a brochure about the collection mentions, Depp paints portraits of people he “admires”. “I’ve always used art to express my feelings and to reflect on those who matter most to me, like my family, friends and people I admire,” the actor said. “My paintings surround my life, but I kept them to myself and limited myself. No one should ever limit themselves.” he continued.
The latest round of paintings came out in late February and Castle Fine Art gallery has reported the paintings already are sold out. All the paintings were sold for approximately $4,500 each.
“I’d like to see these four people together. I’d like to be in a room with those very cool people.” Depp said in a Youtube video. “I said they did not have enough time on this Earth, but the time they did have, they certainly planted their individuality, their uniqueness, their world, their heart, their emotions, their senses of humor out there into the world,” the actor, 59, added.

After the 2022 trial against Amber Heard which had people from all over the world pay attention to it, Johnny Depp is currently enjoying peaceful times. Recently, Depp was seen in the Lincolnshire antiques shop where he went for shopping.
According to BBC, Rob Miller, the owner of the shop, enjoyed the actor’s presence and the overall atmosphere. “It was just great because he was allowed the freedom of being able to walk around without being hounded. He was very natural, very down to earth. It was a great atmosphere.” the man said.
